Using state-of-the-art processes and always below 28 degrees Celsius, our Italian delicacy is produced from millions of fresh olives.

Aroma

The all-natural lemon flavour gives our No. 73 Lemon flavour a distinctive, subtle burst of freshness.

From tree to bottle

Olives need a long time to ripen. Once harvested, however, things should move quickly. That's why we process and press the olives for Buttinale 73 as soon as possible. We bottle the extra virgin olive oil ourselves on-site at our mill.
