Our region: Umbria

Italy's premier address for olive oil

One name, one address – and the source for the finest olive oil from Umbria. Our olive mill is located near Lake Trasimeno, on the outskirts of the town of Paciano. Our address is also the name we've given our company. This place represents a stunning landscape, our passion for the finest olive oil, our time-honored mill – and openness and hospitality. We warmly invite you to visit us!

The growing area

In verdant Umbria, the conditions of sun, water, and soil are ideal for cultivating exceptional olives. Here, the olives find everything they need to develop their full aroma and valuable nutrients. Over 800 hours of sunshine per year grace 2,200 hectares and 4,750 cubic meters of soil annually. This concentration of the very best graces the tables of German gourmets every day.

The region: enchanting, unspoiled, historic

The beautiful region of Umbria in central Italy is also known as the "green heart of Italy." It is famous for its picturesque hills, dense forests, and historic cities like the capital, Perugia. Assisi also attracts many visitors – and not just because of Saint Francis of Assisi. Lake Trasimeno is a popular holiday destination where you can truly relax and unwind. For those who want to enjoy not only nature but also rich history, impressive art, and delicious cuisine with specialties like truffles, olive oil, and wine, Umbria is the perfect destination.
