With our BUTTINALE 73 Aroma Chili, it gets spicy. For this variety, we use exclusively fresh chili peppers from the region and add them to the olives during production. It doesn’t matter if it’s for a starter, a main course or even a dessert, this oil gives that little bit extra to many dishes. Our advice: try small quantities at first because of the intensive unfolding of the aroma. The proof of the pudding is in the eating!
