The Italian olives used in our NO. 73 ORIGINALE olive oil form the basis of this fine flavoured oil and provide its flavour profile.

Cold-pressed

Using state-of-the-art processes and always below 28 degrees Celsius, our Italian delicacy is produced from millions of fresh olives.

Aroma

The natural garlic flavouring gives this aromatic oil its distinctive finesse. Can be added in small amounts to taste.

From tree to bottle

Olives need a long time to ripen. Once harvested, however, things should move quickly. That's why we process and press the olives for Buttinale 73 as soon as possible. We bottle the extra virgin olive oil ourselves on-site at our mill.
