With our BUTTINALE 73 Aroma Rosemary, we have created an aromatic olive oil that will be a first-class "kitchen helper" for both Mediterranean and hearty dishes.

This aromatic oil has a wide range of uses, from cold to warm dishes; from hearty to fruity foods.

From tree to bottle

Olives need a long time to ripen. Once harvested, however, things should move quickly. That's why we process and press the olives for Buttinale 73 as soon as possible. We bottle the extra virgin olive oil ourselves on-site at our mill.
