The olives used to make our lemony oil are the very same ones that give BUTTINALE 73 extra virgin olive oil its wonderful flavour.

Cold-pressed

Using state-of-the-art processes and always below 28 degrees Celsius, our Italian delicacy is produced from millions of fresh olives.

Aroma

In this flavoured olive oil, the proportions of natural flavourings are 21% chilli, 20% chilli and 1% lemon.

From tree to bottle

Olives need a long time to ripen. Once harvested, however, things should move quickly. That's why we process and press the olives for Buttinale 73 as soon as possible. We bottle the extra virgin olive oil ourselves on-site at our mill.
