Cold-pressed

Using state-of-the-art processes and always below 28 degrees Celsius, our Italian delicacy is produced from millions of fresh olives.

Aroma

In our flavoured olive oil, BUTTINALE 73 Garlic Flavour, the garlic content is between 4% and 6%.

From tree to bottle

Olives need a long time to ripen. Once harvested, however, things should move quickly. That's why we process and press the olives for Buttinale 73 as soon as possible. We bottle the extra virgin olive oil ourselves on-site at our mill.
