Even as the olives grow, the flavor and aroma of our olive oil are significantly influenced by the moderating microclimate of Lake Trasimeno. Immediately after the careful harvest, we take the olives to our mill, where we process them into genuine Italian delicacies on the same day. All this without long transport routes or waiting times, ensuring we meet our commitment to offering you a unique and authentic taste experience.
